Dirt Road Travel Disclaimer

Appointments requiring travel on unpaved or dirt roads will incur an additional $15 Car Wash Fee.

This fee helps cover the necessary cleaning and maintenance of our service vehicle after traveling through dusty, muddy, or debris-prone road conditions.

Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle is important because:

  1. It reflects the professional image and standards of our mobile notary service.

  2. It helps ensure documents, supplies, and equipment remain clean and protected.

  3. It preserves the condition and reliability of the vehicle for continued safe travel to client appointments.

  4. Excess dirt, mud, and road debris can increase vehicle wear and cleaning expenses.

To avoid the additional fee, clients are welcome to meet at an alternate paved location such as:

  • A local business

  • Public parking area

  • Bank

  • Coffee shop

  • Community center

  • Library

  • Other mutually agreed upon location not located on a dirt road

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue providing dependable and professional mobile notary services throughout Southeast Georgia.
