Apostille & International Document Facilitation Services

Our Apostille and International Document Facilitation Services are designed to simplify what can often feel like a complex and overwhelming process. Whether your documents are needed for marriage, travel, education, business, or legal use abroad, we provide hands-on support from start to finish.

We handle the process on your behalf by notarizing eligible documents, preparing all required paperwork, and facilitating submission to the appropriate government offices. For added convenience and security, we also offer shipping services, ensuring your important documents are delivered to the correct office and safely returned to you once processing is complete.

Hague Convention & Non-Hague Countries

If your destination country is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille is typically required. Clients are encouraged to confirm their destination country is listed under the Hague Convention here:

For countries not listed under the Hague Convention, we also provide facilitation for the international document authentication process. While this process is more detailed and may require additional steps and approvals, we guide you through it carefully to ensure documents are properly prepared and submitted.

For more information on document authentication for non-Hague Convention countries, you may review the U.S. Department of State’s official guidance here:
